New paper: Thermoelectric junctions can be created without doping

Our recent publication demonstrates that by modifying the substrate on which MoS2 rests on, a lateral thermoelectric junction can be obtained. Our new work just appeared in npj 2D Materials and Applications in collaboration with Prof. Pascal Gehring demonstrates novel aspects of the photocurrent generation in few layer MoS2 crystals.
