Dr. Suleiman joins SCMLab to work on 2D Materials Synthesis and Optical Characterization


Dr. Suleiman got his Ph.D. from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in China in 2021. His main research focuses on the chemical vapour deposition synthesis of two-dimensional inorganic materials and their promising electronics and optoelectronics applications. His Ph.D. dissertation explored the controllable vapour deposition synthesis and photoelectric properties of two-dimensional indium-based semiconductors. At present, 6 research papers have been published in renowned academic journals, namely Advanced Functional Materials (3), Matter (1), Advanced Electronic Materials (1), and Journal of Physics D: Applied Physics (1).
